Adriana Parker



Adriana Parker joined Dawson Orr in 2017 with over 12 years of experience in multiple areas of law. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Adriana graduated from Kennesaw State University earning a bachelor’s Degree in Political Science along with a minor in Criminology. During her last year of studying, Adriana also received her Georgia Paralegal Certificate and Spanish English Legal Interpreter Certificate from The University of Georgia.

Adriana began her career immediately after graduation as a criminal defense paralegal and quickly took on other areas of law including immigration and dispossessory law for both residential and commercial properties.  Having a desire to learn, Adriana eventually became experienced with post-conviction relief, family law, collections and bankruptcy.  Adriana also spent a few years as a case manager for American Arbitration Association handling primarily complex construction cases along with international construction, copyright infringement and several of Florida’s mortgage mediation programs.

In 2013, Adriana was moved to Jacksonville, Florida from Atlanta, Georgia for her husband’s further career with State Farm Automobile Insurance. A few months later, Adriana joined State Farm’s in-house counsel as a secretary where she gained extensive insurance defense experience for the state of Florida.

During her free time, Adriana enjoys running and training for several different races throughout the year. Adriana also enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their dog, Rocky.
